Delivery area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products purchased from the online store are delivered within Finland..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any product-specific delivery restrictions will be stated in the online store before the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Delivery methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery methods available for the order are displayed in the checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available delivery methods may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Posti<\/strong><br>Orders are delivered by Posti using the delivery method selected at checkout. Where applicable, the customer selects a pickup point when placing the order. Posti will notify the customer of the arrival of the shipment using the contact details provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pick-up from Uutela Service Oy<\/strong><br>Orders can be collected free of charge from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uutela Service Oy<br>Mutterikatu 12<br>48770 Kotka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick-up times: <strong>Mon\u2013Fri from 08:00 to 18:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery costs are determined based on the order and the chosen delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The exact delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed and paid for.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickup from Uutela Service Oy is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that are in stock will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after the order and payment have been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a separate delivery time has been stated for the product, the stated delivery time applies to that product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order includes products with different delivery times, the order can be delivered in accordance with the longest stated delivery time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless another delivery time has been agreed, goods purchased by a consumer must be delivered without undue delay and no later than<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a different delivery time has been agreed, the goods to be delivered to the consumer shall be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Order tracking and pickup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been dispatched via Posti, the customer will, where available, receive tracking information by email or through Posti's notification service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For pickup orders, the customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection. The person collecting the order must, if requested, be able to provide the order number and proof of identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
